I managed to talk to the Apple Support team - and after several tries and discussions, we solved it by simply disconnecting my Mac from my home Wifi and connecting to my phone's hot spot.

This apparently "turned on" the Find my Mac, and when reconnecting to the home Wifi it stayed "on" and it now can be found into "Find My" app.

I will monitor it along the next days, but looks like it's now solved.

Sign out of your AppleID/Account and back in again to jump start and sort issues like yours...

I am experiencing the same thing. All Find My Mac options are on but when I check the Device Info for my Mac it says Find My is off. Complete contradiction. In addition I am running in to more and more users reporting this exact situation. See this thread for what has been tried in troubleshooting. I am close to being convinced this is a macOS 15 bug.

click in icloud

click on see all

select Find my Mac

To verify if working log into iCloud on the Web and check Find My Mac and see if it is located on the map.
