Logic 11 choosing wrong instruments/samples from wrong library

Logic 11 working with Emu's E4 Platinum & EMagic AMT/8: Song translated from Logic 7, to 8, to 9, to 11—text in the track title spells out correct port, channel, and program, but Logic 11 does not correctly link to the sample in the E4, but uses GarageBand's library. How can I get Logic 11 to understand that this instrument/sample is not in it's own library, but on my external sampler? Thank you very much!
