Collapsible headings in Notes and Reminders collapsible subtasks issues

I'm finding that there are issues across Apple's implementation of collapsible headings and tasks.

For Notes:

• The feature to fold / collapse a heading is great, however it's never remembered cross device
• Even on the same device, randomly they're un-collapsed again for no reason
• In some instances, random white spacing appears between collapsed headings
• Spacing is not great and needs to be adjusted across the board

For Reminders:

• Putting aside that in smart lists, subtasks aren't available, and instead of the main task un-collapsing to show the subtasks, you're taken to the original list —not a great experience
• However if you're working on a larger list with many tasks having subtasks, having them randomly keep unfolding / un-collapsing is even worse
• The state of collapsing / uncollapsing isn't remembered cross device, which is fine if it's consistently remembered on the same device, but it keeps randomly un-collapsing and is a pain to keep fixing this every time

Hopefully this is fixed at some point for a more uniform experience. It's a challenge in longer notes or reminders lists.
