Restore backup (or help to retrieve certain data)

I own an Ipad 8th generation 32gb.

I recently did a backup and a factory reset on it, in order to upgrade to ios 18.5 (I was still on 17-ish, and couldn't upgrade without doing so because of the lack of space on this particular ipad).

When I try to restore the backup on the Ipad (from Windows 10 Itunes), it says there isn't enough space on the ipad. It's not THAT bad as I didn't have much to begin with before the backup, but my procreate data (the data that is the most important to me) can't be retrieved now! The last icloud backup was done yesterday, so it's not in the cloud anymore.

Any idea on how to retrieve the Procreate data? I mean... It's not lost forever, since it's on my PC now. But I can't use it!
