Apple Watch has boxes around some app icons. Can’t get rid of them.

There has been a weird “glitch” happening on my Apple Watch, mainly around the heart rate and activity app. There is this black box around the whole icon of those apps that I can’t seem to get rid of, this also will sometimes happen to other apps as well like the timer and alarm app. It is really noticeable when I go to move the app, edit the Home Screen or scroll. This box is not messing up anything that I know of, just really annoying to look at. I have tried to reset and power off the Watch but this proved to do nothing. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have tried to get a good screen shot but was only able to get the corners of the “boxed icon” of the activity and heart rate app, the boxes corners are protruding into other apps.
