Transfer Data from Windows Phone to iPhone

I already have three Winodws mobile phones with models 925,930,950XL. How can I transfer all the data from a Windows phone to an iPhone?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 18

It can be a bit manual, as there's no direct "Move to iOS" app like there is for Android. Windows Phone is a very different ecosystem.

Here's how to transfer most of your stuff:

Contacts:

Sync your Windows Phone contacts to your Microsoft (Outlook.com) account.

On your iPhone: Add that same Microsoft account in Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts > Add Account. They should sync automatically.

Photos & Videos:

Connect your Windows Phone to a PC. Copy photos/videos to the PC. Then, connect your iPhone to the same PC and use the Apple Devices app (or iTunes if on an older Windows version) to sync them, or simply drag and drop them to your iPhone's Files app via the PC.

Calendars:

Similar to contacts, if your Windows Phone calendar synced to your Microsoft (Outlook.com) account, just add that account on your iPhone (Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts > Add Account) and ensure Calendars are ON.

Music & Documents:

Connect Windows Phone to PC, copy files. Then transfer to iPhone via Apple Devices app, iTunes, or cloud services.

Apps:

You can't transfer apps directly. Apps for Windows Phone are completely different from iOS apps. You'll need to re-download the iOS versions of the apps you used.

It will be a manual process, but your data is retrievable!
