Hide my email not receiving

I have been trying to set up an account from a service, and register with hide my email. When it mentions to check my email for the login, I am unable to see it.


Other emails are sending perfectly fine, and in fact test email from the site work. Some other users I am connected with also have mentioned this same issue.


Is there a fix I can do, or perhaps it is connected to the outages yesterday?

If test emails work but the actual login/verification ones don’t show up, it’s possible the site is blocking Apple’s relay domains or the emails are getting dropped silently.


Try this:


Go into iCloud settings > Hide My Email > find the address you used, and make sure it’s still forwarding to your main inbox. You can also try creating a new relay and using that instead — sometimes just switching the alias works.


If nothing shows up after that, last resort is to use your real email just to get past the signup, then switch back to Hide My Email later if the service allows it. Definitely annoying.
