Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Are the Phones Logged In to iCloud?
On each phone:
- Go to Settings > [your name at the top]
- Make sure it's signed in to the same Apple ID you're checking on iCloud.com
- If not, sign in with your Apple ID
Note: If these phones belonged to someone else, they may still be linked to a different Apple ID.
2. Is "Find My iPhone" Enabled on Each Device?
On each phone:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Find My > Find My iPhone
- Make sure Find My iPhone is turned ON
- Also make sure Share My Location is enabled (optional but helpful)
3. Check iCloud Device List
On your iPhone or at iCloud.com:
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Go to Find My > Devices
- If the phones are not listed here, they’re either:
- Not signed into your Apple ID
- Find My is off
- The phones are offline or erased
4. Check If Devices Were Erased or Removed
If you recently:
- Erased any of the phones
- Removed them manually from iCloud
Then they will no longer appear in “Find My iPhone.”
Still Not Working?
If you're still having trouble:
- Call or chat with Apple Support – they can look into your account activity and check which devices were last associated
- Have your serial numbers or IMEIs ready, especially if you suspect the devices are missing or stolen
