I have a Mac mini 2018 intel with wifi problems

When I connect with wifi it's not stable, I get less then 10 mbit/s now and then. When I connect with a cable I have about 250 mbit/s. I have other products connected over wifi and they works fine, about 150-250 mbit/s depending where I am in the house.

I run OS 12.7.6

Is this related to the model or is it any other reason?

Mac mini, macOS 12.7

1) Do you have high speed USB drives or devices near or in-between the Mac mini and Wi-Fi Router.?

If so, disconnect and/or move those high speed usb devices and cables.

Try standing the Mac mini on its side with the bottom facing towards the router.

2) Has the 2018 Mac mini recently been opened up and/or serviced for any reason..?

If so, the wire between the antenna and wireless card maybe disconnected.
