How do I find Hermode tuning in my Logic Pro 11.2?

I saw an older video on youtube about Hermode tuning, and it showed a toggle for each track to enable it or not, but I can't find it in Track header components (after I enabled it in Preferences, of course). Was it removed, or I didn't look hard enough?

Logic 11.2

thanks

ah... when HTM is enabled in the Preferences > Tuning, an HTM opton shows up in the track inspector.

not sure how he is able to controll that with the groove checkboxes, anyway the video is from 2018, maybe things changed since then

hi Eddie,

sorry, let me rephrase my question... The guy in this video (https://youtu.be/Zbzq0H3sSDY?si=A4lUKMgiVTbbVk_C&t=223) shows that after turning Hermode tuning on, check boxes appear in the track header that allow for control of individual tracks, if the tuning is applied or not. And I was wondering why can't i find that in my Logic. Here is a screenshot from his video:

I see, you are asking about creating a groove track.

• Control+Click on a track header

• activate track header components > groove track

then hover with your mouse over the track numbers in the main window, a star will appear. You can make a track a Master Groove Track by selecting the star on a specific track and assigning following tracks by using the check boxes.

First of all, I didn't know that Logic is capable of Hermode Tuning. Which is really great in some situations. Thanks you.

As far as I understand, Hermode Tuning and Groove Tracks are two different things. Groove Track is only time-based. The guy in the video uses Groove Tracks independently from using Hermode Tuning. This is why the Hemode Tuning checkboxes are displayed in the Track Inspector.
