Unsubscribe from email notifications

How do I unsubscribe from email notifications for these communities? I must have switched something on because it’s nonstop emails of Q&A. No hate just have an overfilled inbox! Thanks in advance!

Go to your profile preferences and uncheck the types of communication that you do not wish to receive anymore. Probably mainly “Following” and “Participation”.
