I paid for something through ko-fi with apple cash, no bank linked. I requested a refund, apparently the merchant made the refund go through paypal, so, i checked my email, and paypal says it was refunded to the original payment method, yet, there is no money in my apple cash. I need my money.

Please contact the merchant and request the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). This is a number the merchant is issued when they send the refund. If the refund was actually issued, they have the ARN.
Once you have the ARN, please provide it to an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank. They’ll be able to trace the refund and get it sent to your account.
