iPhone photo library showing random black and white drawings

Weird! When I go to upload a photo from my iPhone photo library, all the images are these strange, black and white child-like sketches & drawings of skulls, dinosaurs, vehicles and bugs. I’ve restarted my phone several times, and reset iCloud syncing as well. This glitch just began today. I don’t know what this is or how to fix it. Any ideas? Thank you!
