Apple Music Sync to iCloud does not work

I just bought an Apple Music subscription. However, when I turn on iCloud Sync in Apple Music, some of my purchased music is grayed out. Even though it's "Matched" or "Waiting". Apple Music won't let me play this music. When I look at "Get Info", there is no file, and the cloud status simply says "Matched or Waiting". Here's an example...



Notice "Tell Me" and "Lenny" are grayed out. Here is the album view...


And I can't do anything with Apple Music to get these to play. Or download and play. There is no option to download...



If I turn off iCloud Sync, I'm back to where I was with this album showing up as purchased music.



I have to say, I'm not very confident about this feature at all.

Greyed-Out Music with Apple Subscription Creation:

If greyed-out, then that means these are no longer accessible within your Country/Region. I have gotten the same issue, but the other way around —I ended my Apple Music Subscription, and now lots is grey. It’s just the way it is. Something you would have agreed to, upon purchasing an Apple Account.
