i got a new iphone 10 from tmobile but forgot passcode and i never set it up on itunes. It’s literally brand new. I just cant Unlock phone but we know the icloud. How can i unlock phone

There is no such thing as a new iPhone X. It has been discontinued long ago. If you do not know the Passcode, you can reset it by following the steps here:

Correction. It's an iPhone X, meaning it can only run iOS 17 and no higher. It's hard to imagine T-Mobile would issue an iPhone from 2017 to anyone at this point.

I still seriously question if any “Xn” (whether an X, Xr, or Xs) was distro’d by any legitimate / authorized T-Mo distributor. 🤔
A basic “X” doesn’t even support eSIM.

Yep. It makes no sense a major carrier would give someone such an old phone?

If the latter, you need to work with T-Mobile.

Actually, it can only run iOS 16. 17 requires an iPhone XR, XS or newer. The X. an't run 17 or later.
