My MacBook Air M4 Died After 5 Days – Need Urgent Help

I need help regarding a serious issue I’m facing with my brand new MacBook Air M4 (16GB RAM / 256GB SSD), which I purchased on June 4, 2025.

The device worked perfectly for the first five days with very light usage. On the last day it worked, I used it briefly (just watching cartoons), and it had around 35% battery when I closed the lid.

The next day, when I opened it, the MacBook was completely unresponsive:

  • No display
  • No keyboard backlight
  • No trackpad click
  • No MagSafe charging light

I tried charging it with the original 35W Apple charger, tried a different genuine Apple USB-C charger, and also performed a force restart — but nothing worked.

I have used only original accessories, and the device was never dropped, exposed to water, or physically damaged. This seems to be a logic board failure, possibly due to a manufacturing defect.

I currently live in Bangladesh, where Apple does not have official support centers.

What can I do now? If you have any suggestions, please let me know. 🙏

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.5
