No report junk option in group spam texts in both iPhone and Macs?

Earlier, my family and I got three group texts in a row, from different sources, that were phishing for Amazon. I noticed there was no delete and report as junk. option. Do they not show up in group Messages in iPhones' iOS v18.5 and macOS Ventura v13.7.6.

I've received a few iMessages in a group format and single replies from the group over the last two days. spam group text doesn't let me leave or block group I'm getting so many spam texts and just now received a group message. When I try to block or leave the group message, I don't see those options. How can I leave or block the group? It's obviously spam bc other numbers keep replying "stop".
