Missing eSIM button on iPhone 14 Pro

It was very nice of you to respond to try and help the OP. However, had you read the earlier responses, you would have seen the model phone the OP has does not support eSIM. Also, they are located in Russia where there is no official Apple Support. So unfortunately, none of what you provided would work for them.

Yes. That's it. That model was sold in China/Hong Kong/Macau.

It does NOT have an eSIM. It can accept 2 physical Nano-SIM cards.

If you contact support in the settings or you can go to apple.com and chat with agent on contact us section they will guide you. You have to have a agent help get your esim

and your phone in connection there is a manual way but you have to have all the numbers and I don’t think you can get those numbers without contacting apple directly so instead of having to do it yourself it’s something they can do remotely in two minutes (what would take you five to ten minutes to do yourself) it isn’t a long process if you let the agent do it directly thru the chat page

Where did the iPhone come from? What country are you in. Does your carrier support the eSIM? Do you have a physical SIM in the phone, as some countries only support a physical SIM.

What is the model number? It's likely the phone you have does not support eSIM at all, but supports 2 physical nano-SIMs instead.
