That depends on much you use your phone and how often you charge it. Generally speaking, batteries - ALL BATTERIES, lose some health with each full cycle charge. On average, for up to every 50 charge cycles, you will see about a 1% drop in battery health. Battery health decline is not linear. It can remain steady for a while, then drop a few points all at once. If 50 charge cycles is the average, it will take about 1000 charge cycles to reduce the health of your battery to 80%. Once your battery dips to 80% it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery in your iPhone.

Another data point:

My compact Phone SE 2020's battery has just over half the initial capacity of an iPhone 15 Pro (1821 maH v. your 3274 maH), and went into service new on 1 Nov 2021.

Today it has 85% health at 496 cycles. As far as health goes, the rate of change has slowed dramatically, having been in the 85-86 range for quite a long time. I still have all the runtime I need between charges.

I use the Optimized Battery Charging option and charge the phone only at night except in extenuating circumstances, which have been few.

One person's data point. My iPhone 15 Pro, purchased on its launch date currently has a battery health of 87%, 790 cycles. Based on the way previous phones have worked, the battery should probably last me another year. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to replace the battery next spring and wait until 2026 to buy a new phone or if I will update in the fall. My last phone prior to this was an 11 Pro. I had its battery replaced once.

I have optimized battery charging enabled. Beyond that, I don't worry about it. In fact, this is the first time I've checked my battery health in probably a year.
