My iCloud account got blocked without explanation

We bought not cheap iMac, also MacBook, I pay every month for services 10 years. Now Apple refuse to explain me why they block access to my iCloud, files, data. How is this possible? What to do next. On-line support did what she could, but still it is the same - "erase your files and found new account". There should be another solution. But what?

When you enter the incorrect password too many times your account will be locked as Apple thinks someone else is trying to access your account. It is then that you will need to reset the Password and that is much easier when using two factor authentication with another Trusted Device or Trusted Phone Number that you had previously entered into your account. If those are not available, then you end up having to use Account Recovery where unlocking depends on the information you can provide. There is no identification required when setting up an Apple Account to confirm your identity, so removing the lock depends on the information you can provide.

Review this support article for when the account is locked and it also includes a link to start the Account Recovery process. One of the outcomes may be that not enough information can be provided to prove your identity and that will result in needing to create a new account.

Along with using a Trusted Phone number on your account, you can also set up a Recovery Contact to make gaining access to your account easier in the future. Of course these need to be set up before an account is locked and cannot be done after the fact.

One reason that would happen is a violation of the iCloud Terms of Use that you agreed to when using the account. You can see the list of reasons why that could happen here and also that certain violations will result in immediate suspension. There is no requirement to notify you of that reason.

Legal - iCloud - Apple

I have responded to Chattanogan but don't see my answer here. Erased? Interesting.

Ok. I don't know what happened. That is what I want to know from Apple Support, but they refuse to explain it. Everything what they allowed were two calls with the lady from Support by phone. She was willing to help me, but the result was "you should delete your account", she is not able to find out what is the reason for blocking the account. I don't have access to iCloud, to payment options, I can not check payments etc. I don't have access to my privacy - despite Apple still repeat worry about the client privacy.

My case had number 1026*******1, I am from Slovakia.

I just remember, that in the last few months I had to repeatedly unlock the account, but I don't know why, and everytime it was ok, after reenter password and unlock account. It is possible that later I entered wrong password, but I don't think so. I cannot reconstruct exactly what everything happened, I don't remember anything strange. For me it was just some automatic process which I didn't care much. Few days ago, I wanted to unlock it again, but the password was now not accepted, somehow I later sent some requirement to control account and the answer was the text that I already post here. Apple refused my request. Subsequently I had to calls with lady from support, but she said that she can not find out where was the problem on my side.

Obviously, I am talking to user forum, because Apple Support refusing communication. This so far is the only way to find out what to do else.

What info you think can be helpful? I don't know about any violation of Terms of Use. If any, I would like to know what was it. All what I know I have said to women from support by phone call.

Before this, at cca. 15.05.2025 I bought subscription to AppleTV.

But now I see that the last Apple.com/bill was payed at the end of April. Not in May, nor June. So, this can be the reason. But I cannot update payments, because the access to my account is blocked.
