How can I remove banned Apple ID from my Mac?

hello , please help me with my situations . Somehow I think my apple got disabled/banned , since I couldn't use my Apple ID I deleted my account thought that this account may be automatically removed from my device but it didn't. Now when I try to factory reset my Mac it requires Apple ID to sign out and every time I put my password it says ''couldn't find this person'' now I can't even reset my Mac nor I can use my Apple ID :(

I tried every way possible to solve this issue I can't even access my apple support app on my iPhone bcoz it requires Apple ID which is banned . currently using my friends Apple ID to download apps from App Store .

please help me, it's really depressing .... what should I do ?

I just want this Apple ID to be removed from my device so I can freely use my device without any hassle .
