Best dual 32 inch monitors for use with Mac Studio M1 Max for design

I've got a Mac Studio M1 Max and have been using it with mismatched monitors, finally ready to buy and was almost good to pull the trigger on 2 x Benq PD3226G monitors ($1629 each in Australia) but they were already pushing the budget, and there is now a new one out the BenQ PD3226G ($1899 each) - but i've heard mixed reviews that even with the puk Benq don't always play nice with mac's, so then I'm unsure I want to spend that much if I still won't get the nice little extras like being able to control brightness/volume with keys.

Anyone got any better suggestions that are available in Australia?

I'm a graphic/web designer and I'd like: brightness, colour accuracy, ideally IPS and it'd have speakers and a camera but that seems to be an almost impossible wish. 2 x 32 inch monitors is a must. Must fit a vesa mount of 100x100 or 75x75 for my monitor arms. I get a bit twitchy about clarity in type so I'd prefer no blur/fuzz.

Currently running LS32BM801UEXXY and LG 27UP550-27 both not super bright although passable, but lately both have started to have colour issues (showing different colours in different parts of the screen, much worse on the 32") I love the LG's camera which never fails to connect. Running latest mac os etc. Sometimes the LG doesn't start up after restart and I have to unplug it's power cord (not just turn the power button off) and replug it then it'll connect fine.

Monitors on my comparison list (feel free to suggest differently):

  • BenQ PD3225U $1629 each
  • BenQ PD3226G $1899 each
  • BenQ MA32OU $899 each (more comfortable with this price)
  • Dell U3223QE UltraSharp $999 each

Had another quick look on the weekend and added but haven't fully vetted:

  • MSI MAG 321UP QD-OLED $1439 each
  • Philips 329P1H 31.5 $699 each
  • Asus ProArt Display PA329CRV 31.5 $1045 each
  • Asus ProArt Display PA348CGV 34 $1149 each
  • Alogic Clarity Max Pro 32" $1299 each
  • LG UltraFine 32UQ85RV-W $899 each
  • LG 32UQ850V-W (pre order) $1099 each

I presume in your post near the beginning you mean the PD3225U and the PD3326G.

Well, I originally bought the PD3225U and was very happy with it. Just after I bought it, the PD3226G came out and because of the 144Hz display and the hugely reduced response time, I returned the PD3225U and got the PD3226G.

I am very happy with it. It integrates nicely with Mac with little things like the keyboard brightness keys working in macOS. It also has a colour mode for compatibility with Macbooks which I use with my M4 Studio.

I run it in native 4K which I like a lot. The only thing I don't like is that some fonts on web sites, etc. don't render perfectly. Don't see it that often, but it is annoying. Pretty sure it's down to the way macOS scales at times.

The HDR is nice and the control puck is also useful.

All in all, I would highly recommend the PD3226G on Mac. (I would also recommend the PD3225U if you're OK with 60Hz display.)
