Assistance Needed with Wallet, Watch, and Battery Performance

I’m currently experiencing a couple of issues with my device:
1. I’m unable to add a card to the wallet and also can’t add anything to the watch. Could you please assist me in resolving this?
2. Additionally, the battery on my watch is depleting unusually fast — it’s completely drained within half a day. Is there anything I can do to improve its performance?
