How can I clear my iCloud backup data on my iPhone?

I currently factory reset my iphone by accident but i cant restore backup so i decided to renew iphone and im okey with it. So i checked my icloud and it have 22,7 gb of backup data but i cant barely do anything with it. How can i clear my backup data. I tried on Mac and Iphone but nothing
