I bought some in game currency for a game called soul knights just now but when I checked I didn’t receive the in game item and the purchase history in the game also said it was unpaid. When I checked my balance I found out my balance was already charged but after checking my purchase history it also didn’t show anything about the payment.

You can check whether there are restrictions on in-game purchases in Settings on your computer or device.

Seems in-game purchases are not always Apple purchases, as the developer receives your money.
