I already have tried that, but the effects are not included there, I have all library instruments installed, but, for example, Space Design and others, sometimes ask to download extra content when I use it.
Maybe this is a normal behavior. I am not sure.
Hi sir,
You will have to download the complete library by going to the Sound Library Manager. Enable all of the Pakcs that are missing and you should be good to go. Here is a video for you:

If so, you can by clicking on them in the Wallpaper and Screensaver sections of the System Settings. Just be warned that download all or part of them. Will take up a good chunk of your Mac’s Storage Space.

sorry!, I assumed that this forum was for Logic Pro X, so this efects are in Logic Pro Mixer.

That should not happen. I would uninstall/redownload the Logic Pro app if I were you.
