Apple News showing British articles and prices in British pounds

Apple News has UK edition magazines and prices in British pounds. Others have asked about this -- no solution has been provided -- my Languages and region is set on the US!

Apple News has UK and European Articles Hello, I live in the U.S. and a lot of the content on my Apple News Plus is from European sources and magazines across all of my devices (Mac mini, MacBook Air, iPad, iPhone). It is very frustrating. I have checked and all of my devices are set to the U.S. I have removed and re-installed the app. Is there a fix?

Why am I getting UK magazines on Apple News when my region is USA? My AppleNews+ subscription seems to only give me UK magazines, despite the fact that my AppleID is (and always has been) set to the USA. How can I get magazines that are relevant to me? All the links in ads send me to UK versions of the websites, which tell me that they cannot ship to the US. Every item is listed in GBP not USD. All the stories are geared toward UK events and shops, rather than events and shops I can actually take advantage of. (I'm not quite sure the advertisers would be so keen knowing their ads aren't going to actual potential customers.)
