Audiobook Name listed in iPhone sync tab needs to be updated

I have a large number of audiobooks. On Mac, the title showing up on the tab for syncing with iPhone is not adequate. I need to be able to change it. I thought I would be able to do so in /Users/xxxx/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books.plist

but whatever name I change there does not alter the named in the iPhone sync Tab.

Any idea where to change this?
