About every 2-3 months the ECG app disappears from my watch. I can’t reinstall it as it shows it’s already installed. I have to factory reset my phone to get it to come back. I have an IPhone 11pro and a series 7 watch.

Any restrictions set up on your watch, or is there a profile installed?
It worked fine for about a year, I don’t know if it started after an update or not, I have not set up restrictions on my watch and I am not sure what you mean by a profile being installed
