Malware Blocked warning, after attempt to download Turbotax Desktop Version initially failed. Eventually succeeded downloading but 'Malware Blocked' warning remains. Warning states "This action did not harm your Mac". How to get rid of warning?

Post a screenshot of these 3 folders and we can advise which files need to be delete. To get to these locations to post the screen shot, go to the Finder, then the Go menu and Go To Folder. Paste each of these locations there:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/LaunchAgents
~/Library/LaunchAgents
Do you have 3rd party antivirus/firewall software installed?
New MacBook Air. Not subscribed to 3rd party antivirus/firewall at this time. Did not think I needed it. I was able to download and work on a past year Turbotax program, but warning display persists.
