Unable to fix Lock Screen haptics not working for notifications

Hi everyone - for some reason my wife and I are no longer getting haptics when in silent mode, nor sounds in ring mode, when we receive a notification while our phones are locked. I’ve just started noticing this so I’m unsure if it started since the last update - it’s just the last couple days we have noticed.

Is anyone else having this issue?

There are places where you may have set Haptics to None.

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration [Enable]
General Sound & Haptics (See the Pic below)
Alarm (See the pic below)
Phone Ring Tone (See the pic below)
For emails
1. You will have to set it independently for every mail account (Watch the GIF below: This is an old one but the concept remains the same)
2. Note: The default is No Vibration.
For Email Haptics see the steps below on iOS 18
Overall Sounds & Haptics
Customise for Individual Accounts and Sub-categories

Wow - this is very well done - thank you! The only alerts I get, that I'm just now realizing, are phone calls - it does ring and vibrate. However, still no alerts (outside of phone calls) on the Lock Screen, both when set to Ring and to Silent. So it's just all other notifications (messages, home alerts, reminders, calendar, everything else). I've tried shutting all of the above settings off and then back on to see if that did it, and I've tried restarting multiple times now and still nothing.

However, I get all notifications, both sound and vibrate, when my phone is unlocked.
