Logic Pro 11.2: Midi Captain not appearing in Midi/Instrument track's pull-down menu

Logic Pro 11.2 - My foot controller Midi Captain icon is loaded in the MIdi/Audio, and also is in The Settings Logic/Settings/Midi/Inputs, but IS NOT in the pull down menu of my Midi/instrument Track??

I need to setup a Midi track for Amplitube 5, to control my presets change, but I am stuck because the input Midi Captain is not in the pull down menu of the track..

How can I bring it back??

Also, after reading this:

...I realize that perhaps you may be misunderstanding something. Midi Captain is not a software instrument. You are using a Midi Foot Controller meant to control the Midi Protocol.

Just wanted to make sure you understand that your foot pedal is not going to show under instruments within Logic Pro rather is a Controller Surface that helps you control and use Midi.
