Unable to find Serbian pop music on Apple Music in Croatia

I am born in Italy. My mom is Italian and my dad is Serbian.

On our family vacation in Croatia, we could not play or find any Serbian pop music on my Apple Music app.

Why is that?

Apple Music only playing previews I am playing it on my desktop at work which uses intranet connected to the head office (which is in another country) so it does not recognise as playing in my current country. Maybe this is the issue. I have changed the country to the other option Apple Music suggests but it still only plays previews. Anyway I can solve the problem? Certain band not available in Canada on Apple Music Why is the band “NOTHING MORE” not currently available in Canada on Apple Music? Or is this just a bug? If I go on their artist menu I can listen to their music, but not in my library. I’m so confused.
