How do I verify the authenticity of an iCloud data deletion warning email?

I received an email stating to verify my email address for my icloud saying my data is at immediate risk of deletion I just want to verify it’s real and not spam

Is this a fraudulent email saying icloud photos will be shut down? Noreply@email.apple.com says icloud photo will be shut down on July 26. Is this a fake email? if apple shuts it down I’ll cancel my extra icloud storage and start looking at dumping all my apple products. Anyone else get this email? I wouldn’t recommend clicking on any links in the email until I know for sure its legit.

Is it Legit or Spam? Received an email from "noreply@email.apple.com" saying my iCloud was full and I should upgrade to 50GB storage for $0.99 by "clicking here". I already have 50GB storage and would be extremely surprised to learn it was full. Two questions: 1.) All other verified emails from Apple come from "no_reply@email.apple.com" so I'm guessing the address without the underscore is spam. Is it? 2.) How do I check the storage in my iCloud account? Email from apple will always end with the domain apple.com.

Apple sends no such emails.
