Is it Legit or Spam?

Received an email from "noreply@email.apple.com" saying my iCloud was full and I should upgrade to 50GB storage for $0.99 by "clicking here". I already have 50GB storage and would be extremely surprised to learn it was full.

Two questions:

1.) All other verified emails from Apple come from "no_reply@email.apple.com" so I'm guessing the address without the underscore is spam. Is it?

2.) How do I check the storage in my iCloud account?
