Basically, my iPad microphone doesn’t work on calls, but it works when I’m using voice memo or recording videos and yes, I have tried cleaning the speaker, but it still doesn’t work, and people say they can hear me a tiny bit and not fully and I have tried restarting my Tablet, but it still doesn’t work. Basically doesn’t work when I’m actively using it.

Could b various possible causes: If we find what is causing the issue, then a solution is easier.
Eg: You may want to check or experiment with the mic modes on your iPad:

You can check if there is an update waiting to be installed in Settings > General > Software updates:
