When I updated my iPhone 13 to 18.4.1 after 2 days while watching youtube all of a sudden green screen came up all of a sudden. I've seen multiple people mentioned about the same issue while watching youtube their device got turned to green screen

Update your iPhone to the current iOS 18.5 version. Then Force Restart your phone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If that doesn't help, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Hey man nothing worked out, I did tried all the stuff, nothing worked out and apple claims its not software issue. Happened while watching youtube and the same happened with others and still apple considers it as not a software issue, big shame.
