My macbook air m4 trackpad pinch to zoom is unresponsive.

While doing pinch to zoom sometimes trackpad is unresponsive and I have to do 2-3 time to zoom in or out. What might be the problem?

Two finger zoom on trackpad not working. Running a 13-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro, mac OS Ventura. My two-finger zoom (pinch) in and out stops working continually. The only fix seems to be to reset the trackpad gestures (System Settings>trackpad>scroll & zoom>turn off and then back on "Zoom in or out") and I am having to do this regularly throughout the day. As you can imagine, this is not ideal. It seems to be worse working in Adobe CC (up-to-date) programs. I have found a handful of others having similar issues. Is there a fix, or developers working on this?

Zoom In/Out issues Occasionally, there is an irritating problem where the zoom function ceases to respond to finger movements. To resolve this, I must access the settings, deactivate the feature, then reactivate it to restore functionality. This issue occurred with my prior MacBook Pro from 2018, and persists with my current MacBook Air M2.

Apple menu -> System Settings -> Trackpad make sure the gestures are appropriately setup.

I have already checked, they were correctly configured but still problem exists. Only browsers are having this problem I have tested other apps they were working fine.
