How do I authorize my new MacBook Air for Apple Music and iTunes?

I’m trying to play music that was saved in my music library from iCloud backup from a recent purchase of my MacBook. This is the message I get “This computer is not authorized. You must authorize this computer before you can use Apple Music or ITunes Match on this computer.”
