IPhone 11 Can’t Airdrop Old photos.

I have an iPhone 11 I had used in February. I took it with me to vacation and have all my photos on there with my cousins, family etc. I had got a IPhone 16 plus for my birthday and stopped using my old phone. My iPhone 11 was my dad’s and was logged into his Apple ID. I wasn’t able to log out or download any apps because he forgot his password and didn’t remember to change it. It always has a pop up that says “Apple ID verification” and stuff like that and my same answer is clicking “not now.” He doesn’t want me logging out of it because his old photos are also on there. Recently today I tried to airdrop my old photos so I could delete them off his phone and stop having to ask him about it. I also tried updating it but that needs a password too. It also just loads when I try to update it. When I turned my airdrop on and my Bluetooth on both phones, my phone wasn’t popping up. I tried airdropping to the iPhone 11 and it popped up. I’m honestly freaking out because I need these pictures. What do I do?
