I am unable to play iTunes music on a new iPhone with grayed-out library

I can’t play any of the music I payed for from iTunes to my new iPhone. I already spoke to a technician and they couldn’t help me. I’m hoping I get better results vs here. I’m on OS 18 on iPhone transferring from my iMac (very old)
