I can't sync music in itunes library to iphone
I can't sync music in my itunes library to my iphone. I tried uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it for Windows. I'm using Windows 11. I'm using iTunes 12.13. I have an iPhone 15.

iTunes recognizes iPhone. I’m just unable to sync some of music to iPhone. I changed laptops. My old laptop had Windows 10. My new laptop has Windows 11
iTunes goes through the syncing preparations and then waits for changes.
