to my new computer..........it will download certain files, but albums, like the one i purchased in 2023, will only allow me to "play" it from my library.......i want to download it so that i can place it on my ipod classic........

The albums should be downloaded into iTunes or the Music App, and the synced to the iPod classic using iTunes or the Devices App.

Thanks, tried both of them, but still there are songs and albums that will only allow me to play them on my computer instead of allowing me to download them onto my ipod..........
i even clicked on them in the store and the same thing was told...... play.......but not download.......
