Firmware refresh for Mac mini not working

I've been the target of cyber terrorists for quite sometime now and most recently, they've managed to sack my mac mini. It only boots to Internet recovery however, due to preboot security being enabled, I can't go any further than selecting English. I recently enabled due to the freeforall going on and after finding altered preboot files.

In attempting to refresh the mac mini's firmware the only thing I have encountered is Quick time launches and Disk Utility (already opened in hopes of registering the mini's hd) Iluminates the Border around the list of drives/ containers Bright Blue but no additional drives are present.

This happens after following the procedures to the letter....I think- I feel Ive tried every possibly cnfiguration at least 5 times in regards to the illusive wording.

Ive got a thunderbolt cable routed when facing the rear of the mini from the farthest left USBC cable to each of the 4 MBP usbc ports with no luck.

24K, numerous documents and physical thumb and sd cards removed/ stolen over the last year and now this. A week from an important court date...

I.... need help.

Mac mini, macOS 15.4
