Can I upgrade my early 2015 MacBook Air 13" from macOS Monterey to Ventura?

Can I upgrade my MacBook Air (early 2015, 13 inch) OS from Monterrey to Ventura? It still runs great and holds the battery power like it was brand new so the only reason I care is updates to my M365 apps require MacOS 13 or higher. Thanks
