Wheel in permissions. Mac Pro 2012

Wheel in permissions. I recently had my computer fixed, sort of. Mac Pro tower, Snow Leopard (for music software purpouses). 4 hard drives--3 of them do not show admin in permissions. rather WHEEL On these I can not even make a new folder. Can this be fixed? Apple tech says too old to give tech support. I have read it is a UNIX THING. Maybe fixed in terminal. Anyone?

MacOs Ventura 13.4.1 (c) hard drive Read Only MacBook Pro Sharing & Permission for the hard drive say "You can only read" and the list of Names and Privileges show this: System: Read & Write Wheel: Read only Everyone; Read only. I can unlock "MacBook Pro Info" window with my password, but when I try to add Admin to the list, it gives me this pop-up window. "The operation can't be completed because you don't have the necessary permission." How do I fix this.

That's normal for a volume with Mac OS X installed. If one or more of them don't, check the box to ignore ownership or permissions in the Get Info window.
