Why is my AirPods Pro "Active Noice Cancellation" not working after iOS 18.5 update?

So i bought new airpods 2 pro. I loved it. Had it now for like 2 weeks and then the update came, after the update i have this VERY hard to not notice noise when using anc, only way to don’t have it is to turn anc off completely. I tried airpods with other iphone without the update and it worked normally like it should so now i don't know what to do, is there a problem with pods or the update and what i should do in this situation.

edit: tried restarting them, software is 7E93. nothing helps
