How do I stop an unsupported eSIM from auto-activating on my iPhone 15 Pro?

Okay so I have an iPhone 15 Pro, I thought it might be unlocked and attempted to use boost mobile but no go, now every other day after I cancel setup of the eSIM it rears its ugly head and comes back to try again. How can I make it stop and not try to activate, it’s not even in my eSIMs list.

you can try Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET
