FileVault jinxed my macbook

To begin, I am using an Intel MacBook Air 2017 13" with MacOS Monterey 12.7 on it, and when I last updated I was forced to use FileVault. I could only click back and continue, and then when I turned it on I turned it off so I could run BootCamp. When it reached 99% I accidentally took out my charger and when I plugged it in again it got a kernel panic, so when I was going to login and try to keep it decrypting I kept getting a kernel panic. It just can't decrypt whatsoever so now I literally can't do anything. I can't reinstall, I can't use bootcamp, I can't try to use recovery mode or safe boot to fix it either, I can't use the terminal either, I literally tried everything, and I have valuable stuff. What should I do?!
