Refund for Canva pro but refused

i subscribed for canva pro by mistake and i asked for refund but they refused two time i am not gonna use canva and i am student and i need my money also i asked for refund immediately I don’t know what to do now

If your refund has gotten refused, we as apple users cannot do anything about it. We are not apple, and apple is not actively participating in these forums. All you can do is to ask for a refund again
